Built around the technical detail.
Engineering and manufacturing businesses do not struggle to receive applications. They struggle to receive the right ones. Skilled machinists, welders, inspectors and manufacturing engineers are assessed on details that rarely survive a keyword search: the control they programme at, the tolerances they hold, the procedures they weld to, the standards they inspect against.
Berkley Clark exists to work at that level of detail. We take the time to understand the requirement properly, approach the market deliberately, and represent both client and candidate honestly.
We are a young business and we are deliberately not claiming a history we do not have. What we can offer is specialist focus, direct communication and genuine technical curiosity about the work our clients do.

How we work
Four principles.
Technical understanding first
We would rather ask another question about the component than send a CV early. Understanding the work is what makes a shortlist worth reading.
Responsive communication
Calls returned, updates given, and a straight answer when the news is not good. Silence is the most common complaint about recruiters and the easiest to fix.
Long-term relationships
We would rather decline a vacancy we cannot fill than damage a relationship. Our aim is to be the firm you call first for the difficult roles.
